This short documentary tells the story of Jose Luis 'Lou' Catalan, a DACA recipient and teacher from Beach Park, Illinois. He details his family's journey from Mexico City to the United States in search of a better life, also capturing the hardships and losses they have endured along the way. Lou hopes by sharing his story, he can help establish connections with people from all backgrounds despite our many differences.
